This article was actually really helpful. I always thought that when I burned calories I would lose weight, but it never occurred to me before reading this article that calories could burn differently or not as effectively depending on what I'm eating. I also thought that it was bad to lose a lot of weight quickly, but this article proved me wrong yet again and reassured me that those weeks when I lose more than two pounds, that it's completely okay.

I'm really happy I found this article. I have always been under the impression to stay away from any carbs, but this article has helped me realize that's not the case. They provide a good source of energy and maintenance when working out regularly.

This is a diet I plan on trying for a day or two in the next couple of weeks. It has a lot of the food I want and I think will curb the hunger I tend to experience somewhat often.
